Lucy created Family Inspired Training back in 2016. She was born in Jersey C.I and moved to the UK when she went to the University of Kent, Canterbury. Lucy has a huge passion for fitness and nutrition, she is a gymnastics & child development coach, group fitness instructor, a qualified Pop Pilates instructor and a level 3 Personal Trainer. She has a big family (4 sisters, 1 brother and 7 nieces & nephews – you’ll likely meet them at some of our sessions) and loves working with children & adults alike.

Rosie is the younger sister in the family and co-runs Family Inspired Training with Lucy. She is a fully qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor as well as teaching children developmental gymnastics part time. Rosie is passionate about the power of real food to bring about optimum health and fitness performance. Rosie’s specialist interest is in helping people to be as healthy as they can through movement, nutrition, sleep and stress management and the huge benefits this type of programming can have on your health and well-being.

Jess has worked with FIT since July 2017 as a Mini FIT Instructor. Before this she was studying at college and worked part time with a local nursery. Many of our FIT Families have Jess to babysit their Mini’s too! Jess is fun, positive and super reliable. She will be heading off to University in September but will around to help at sessions in her holidays!
