Personal Training – What can you expect?

We are Lucy & Rosie, 2 sisters who run Family Inspired Training locally here in Tunbridge Wells. We are both group fitness instructors and level 3 Qualified Personal Trainers.

We work (not exclusively) with parents aged between 30 – 50, with lack of time on their hands, family and work life pressures, who want to take back their health and well being. Many of our clients are parents who want to get back to their former days of feeling fit, energetic, focused, self-confident and assured in their physical capabilities again.

Are you struggling with energy levels after a sleepless night with young children, did your little one outrun you in the supermarket the other day, did you try your old jeans on and they felt a little tighter? If so and your willing to make little but dedicated changes for a period of time, can be open and honest with the struggles you are facing, then we can help you achieve results, feel great and be a positive role model for all those around you.

Our promise to you as your Personal Trainers is to create a bespoke training plan that is focused on your individual needs. We will support you in your goals and be the person you hold yourself accountable to. Together we will make positive changes to your life and health, mentally and physically. Whilst having fun too!

We can train you at home, outdoors or in the gym. We can also offer nutritional guidance if this is something you feel can aid your journey to better health.

At home/Outdoor PT Sessions

£35 per session

Or sign up for a monthly direct debit:

£120 per month for one session per week (4 total per month).

£180 per month for 2 sessions a week (8 total per month).

We also sell blocks of sessions:

5 sessions for £150

10 sessions for £300

If you would like to train in a gym facility rather than at home the price is £45 per session, this includes access to the gym and the equipment during the session.

Block bookings for gym sessions available also.
