Group Personal Training 6.15pm

We will be offering 6 week blocks of group PT sessions. Our aim is to make Personal Training more affordable with the fun, social aspect of FIT sessions. These sessions will be for beginners & more advanced exercises. All sessions will include body weight exercise as well as new & exciting equipment.

If you sign up we will set individual and group goals for the 6 weeks and work on these each week. Each session will last 1 hour. The first 6 week block will start on Thursday 7th March. These sessions will be run at an additional cost to your regular FIT Membership and are run on a first come, first served basis with a max of 8 people per 6 week block.

£60 per person or £100 for couples for 6 weeks. Located at Ashurst Recreation Ground.

On the last Sunday of every month at 9am we will meet in a different location to go for a FIT Family Walk. Put on your wellies or walking shoes, bring the kids, the scooters, bikes, the dog. And join us to keep fit in a new fun and social way. We’ll even bring coffee!
